Demonstration data, tied to no real account. Connected to your PostHog project, the funnel carries your own numbers.
“There is so much to do, where do I even start”
A solo growth marketer is not short of ideas, they are buried under them. Every week brings its list, and nothing says which of the twenty lines deserves the three days available.
Analytics tools answer “where do I stand” very well. The question that sticks is “where do I start”, and it comes back every Monday.
How it works
1
You connect PostHog
Sign in through PostHog, or paste a read-only personal key for a self-hosted instance. The key stays on the server and never reaches the browser.
2
Trimtab proposes the mapping
It reads your events, domains, pages and forms over the last thirty days, and proposes one measure per stage. You correct it, you approve it. The mapping is yours.
3
The funnel appears, the priority under it
Six stages, one KPI each, the gap to your target, to the previous period or to the industry. Under the funnel, actions ranked by what they are worth.
A stage with no signal stays unmapped rather than wrong.
What it changes
Your funnel exists in ten minutes
The tracking plan you have been postponing for a year, Trimtab proposes from what PostHog already sees. You spend your time correcting it, not building it.
Every gap carries a number
A stage under its target turns into customers per month. That number ranks the actions, instead of whatever you feel strongest about that morning.
One priority on screen
The rest are folded away. A product that shows you the twenty things to do hands you back the problem you came with.
No number without a source
An industry benchmark without a source is not displayed. A stage without data says so on screen. The scale of the chart is stated.
Where the product stands
Working today
The PostHog connection, and the mapping of the six stages, approved by you.
The funnel with your numbers, and the gap to your target, to the previous period or to the industry.
Ranked actions, each one justified by the numbers behind it.
Coming next
The experiment log: every action carries a hypothesis, a measurement window, and its result measured afterwards.
The Monday message: one priority, one number that moved, without opening the screen.
Stripe for revenue and churn, next to PostHog.

What Trimtab does not do
These absences are choices. None of them is waiting to be caught up on.
No dashboard to configure
No widget to place, no filter to tune. The funnel is the screen, and it is the same one for everybody.
Nothing runs on your behalf
Your prices and your ad budgets do not move on their own. Executors come last, only where it is risk free, and always after you approve.
Trimtab does not replace PostHog
It reads it, read-only. Your events, your definitions and your dashboards stay where they are.
No mobile version
Deciding your week happens sitting at a screen. The Monday message will follow you around, the cockpit will not.
Who it is for
Built for you if
You are a founder, or in a team of fewer than five, between 5k and 100k in MRR, with nobody dedicated to growth.
PostHog and Stripe already run in your product, and you are not using them.
You are a growth freelancer or a small agency, and every week you have to justify, for every client, why this and not something else.
Not for you if
You have an equipped growth team and an analyst. Your dashboards already do this work, and an opinionated frame will get in your way.
You are looking for one more analytics tool. Trimtab consumes one, it replaces none.

The private beta fills by invitation, a handful of accounts at a time. Tell me where you stand, I answer in person and we look at your funnel together.
